From Hello to Hired: Professional Communication

SHIFTurn’s Communication Workshop helps participants build the confidence and practical skills needed to express themselves clearly in real-life situations and in the workplace. Participants explore how to communicate with employers in professional and respectful ways, including how to ask questions when they do not understand a task, how to respond to feedback, and handling conflicts so they can communicate with greater confidence in the workplace and beyond.
