She has led digital and media efforts for elected officials, professional sports teams, and advised organizations on messaging, audience engagement, and crisis response. Chloe brings a practical, real-world approach focused on ethical communication and public trust.
Technical Requirements or Needed Materials
Participants should have access to a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with audio and video capability, and the ability to join live web meetings (e.g., Zoom). Familiarity with at least one social media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, or TikTok) is helpful but not required. Optional resources will be provided, including templates, worksheets, and example content. Participants may find it helpful to bring a real or hypothetical organization, campaign, or project they would like to reference throughout the course, though this is not required.
